Metalcorp’s new website a much improved web experience

Metalcorp has launched a brand new website, giving our customers the ability to request quotes for products through a user friendly interface.

With a focus to create an improved customer experience, the new Metalcorp website is more personalised, showcasing a range of products available in each local area.  

“A cornerstone of our innovation strategy is website modernisation. We took feedback from our customers and created this website as a first step towards offering a much improved web experience,” Metalcorp Sales and Marketing Manager Lester Kirkwood said.

Customers can now add products of interest to their Enquiry Cart. Once the enquiry has been sent with the touch of a button, this will alert their closest branch of the request. A quote will then be sent directly to the customer within hours of their initial contact.

For those who still prefer face-to-face interaction when shopping, the store locator function allows customers to get directions to the nearest Metalcorp branch.

Metalcorp’s new website also enables customers to download safety data sheets, which provide assurance of the quality of steel sold or used in our manufactured rural range.

As the Rural Brand for the Land, Metalcorp are well-versed on the challenges for rural Australia.

In a fast paced society we want to be more accessible to our customers and ensure the process of buying from Metalcorp is as convenient as possible.
