Metalcorp Morwell Growth Plans In Place
Local manufacturing in Morwell is going strong with the Metalcorp team relocating to a larger site.
Metalcorp Morwell, currently located on Jones Road, stocks a range of steel, tube, pipe and rural products.
They will be moving to 5 Kirwin Road Morwell, with the new facility enabling space to store an additional 300 tonnes of steel.
Metalcorp Morwell Branch Manager David Rohde said, “It’s always exciting any time a business moves to a larger site with a greater capability to fulfill more orders.
“I would like to thank the Gippsland community for their support and understanding during this move,” he said.
The Jones Rd facility will be closed on April 20 and the Metalcorp Morwell team will be busy moving its stock to Kirwin Road.
“We appreciate the patience of the community as we undertake this move in a safe and timely manner,” Mr Rohde said.
Metalcorp Morwell’s new site will be open to the public from Monday April 23rd.
